Onsite Repairs

Initial repairs carried out on site.

Unless otherwise preferred, we visit you and carry out repairs in your home or office.
Most repairs are straight forward and take between 1 and 2 hours.
Where a longer time, or more serious repairs are required, we return to our workshop to complete the repairs, returning the system to you when complete.

Where possible, remote repairs may be carried out.

On many occasions we have assisted clients with relatively small issues and with permission, accessed their systems to actions a repair remotely.
This can only happen with interent access and system which have no internet capability need a callout visit.
